You can customize the date range for all information on the dashboard using the date picker in the upper right hand corner. Quick selects for the last 7 days, last 30 days, and last 3 months are available.

Top Metrics

Some of these metrics have changed since the last version of the dashboard. Please read carefully and email support@siftrock.com or your Customer Success Manager with any questions!

Human Replies

  • The number of replies Siftrock classified as "Human Reply"

New Contacts

  • The number of contacts (distinguished by email addresses) Siftrock attempted to create in your connected integration
  • If this says "N/A," it means you do not have a "Create Contacts" skill and we didn't try to create contacts in the time period selected. This may be because you don't have a connected integration.

  • If this says 0, it means you currently have an "Update Contacts" skill but we didn't try to update any contacts in the time period selected. If you expect the number to not be 0, check your skill configurations.

Replies by Category

The reply category chart is interactive and easy to customize. Hover a colored piece of the stacked bars to see how many emails were categorized that way on that day.

"Out of office" emails tend to be the most frequent type of reply. You can click any of the category names to remove it from the chart or add it back in

Lastly, day by day metrics might be helpful, but can make it difficult to see trends over time. Use the dropdown in the top right to see your categories over weeks or months and learn how your reply categories are trending.

Data Table

For an even more detailed look at your data, we have a table below the chart with the counts for each reply type in each period over the timeframe you've selected.

At the very bottom is where you can view more rows by expanding or going to the next page.
